Note: If you are in the Telephone Call screen you will need to first close the 'Find Information' box.

Click on the Template button , that you will see on the telephone call and linking screens. From the pop-up menu choose the 'Templates' option.

The Templates listing box will appear

Buttons

New: Starts the 'New Template' Wizard.

Delete: Deletes a Template from the list. Highlight the Template to delete and click the 'Delete' button.

OK: Click the 'OK' button when you have finished.

Cancel: Click here to undo any changes you have made.

The templates that you want to appear on screen are placed above the black line, other templates that are available are shown below the black line. The New Template that you created will appear below the black line by default.

From the list of templates below the black line, click with the left-hand mouse button to highlight the template you wish to see on screen.
